Who do you work with?

We work primarily with small and mid-sized businesses in the Phoenix metro area and surrounding communities within about 100 miles: from Scottsdale and Tempe to Prescott and Casa Grande. Because our work is digital, we also take on remote engagements across the United States.

How much does a project cost?

Every engagement is custom-scoped because no two businesses have the same needs. We publish no flat rates. Instead, we provide a written proposal with a fixed price or a time-and-materials estimate after a free 30-minute discovery call.

Do I own the code you write?

Yes. Unless a specific engagement says otherwise in writing, you own the code, the infrastructure, and the accounts. We hand over everything and document how it works so you are never locked in.

What does Orayh Concepts do?

Orayh Concepts is a Phoenix-based custom software studio co-founded by Phillip Willis. We build web applications, SaaS products, cloud infrastructure, and business automation for small and mid-sized businesses across the Phoenix metro area and surrounding 100-mile service radius.

We work the way a small shop should: no bloated retainers, no mystery pricing, no hand-offs to junior staff. A principal engineer scopes the work, writes the code, and stays on until it ships.

To date we have delivered a full warehouse order and inventory management platform for Bagel Nosh, a regional bagel shop chain, and a live paying-client website at QuickBill USA. Every engagement ships documented, handed off, and owned by the client.
